100Cameras is looking for volunteers to assist in our Photography Education Fair located in Times Square. With a goal of 10,000 visitors, we aim to raise $250,000 dollars so that we can bring photography education to impoverished kids around the world (see more info on our organization at 100cameras.org). Through the use of interactive booths, we plan to teach our guests about their cameras and photographic concepts.
The actual event will happen on 5/26 from 9am-8pm and we're looking for volunteers that are available at anytime during the day, between setup and breakdown (7am-10pm).
Currently, we are looking for anyone interested teaching, administrative duties, and/or greeting. If you have all day or just a few hours to spare and are interested in supporting a worthy cause, please sign up today.
We encourage you to wear comfortable shoes and clothing, but most importantly, invite your family, friends, and coworkers. We need your help in order to make this event a success!
*There is no previous teaching experience required! All curriculum will be provided. All that's needed is a willingness to participate, a loud voice, and a desire to support an amazing cause.*
